Changes / Repairs
All changes and repairs to aircraft, engines, propellers and components and equipment that are excluded from the scope of the EASA Basic Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2018/1139) require the approval of the Federal Office of Civil Aviation (FOCA). The approval is based on the procedures described in Technical Communication (TM) 02.020-60 «Changes to Aircraft and Aircraft Parts».

All changes and repairs to aircraft, engines, propellers and components and equipment that are under the responsibility of EASA require the approval of the European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA).
