There is an ordinance on the rights of people travelling by air. If there are problems during air travel, the airline company must provide help and support.

People with disabilities and people with reduced mobility may need help at the airport or on the plane.

Airline companies are not allowed to refuse. But there are situations, in which these people cannot be transported.
