General aviation complex aircraft

This category includes complex General Aviation Aircrat fulfilling one of the following criteria :

• maximum take-off mass (MTOM) exceeding 5700 kg 
• maximum cruising true airspeed exceeding 250 knots (KTAS).

These aircraft must be equipped with Mode S transponders with ADS-B out (AUR.SUR.2005) and TCAS (NCC.IDE.A.140, CAT.IDE.A.155, SPO.IDE.A.131). There are currently no recommendations for this category.‑
