FOCA website gets a new look
Our new website is ready – lighter, more visual and set up for smartphones. We'll be finalising the details over the next few months, so if there's something you can't find, or you notice that a link or form doesn't work, please get in touch. What stays the same?
- The current adress. You can still get to the FOCA Homesite with www.bazl.admin.ch
- The main-navigation and sections such as subjects, infrastructure, aircraft, drones, flight operations, personnel, passengers and the annual safety report.
What's new?
- Most direct links are going to be shortened and simplified like this www.bazl.admin.ch/de/seitenname
- Mobile first: the new system prioritises smartphone use. It is fully responsive, which means, the screen display adapts quickly and automatically to the device size you are using to visit the website.
- Modern: The page structure has been redesigned. The new website is lighter and more visual. The pages are wider and contain fewer components than before. They also feature larger images and infographics.
- Uniform: The entire Federal Administration is adopting a new web presence. To ensure even greater consistency, all federal offices will now work with the same content management system (CMS), Livingdocs.
The most important thing at the end
The migration is not yet complete. Over the coming months, we will continue to optimise the new website. The content management system (CMS) Livingdocs is also being continuously improved. This means that if you notice outdated information, a typo, an image in the wrong place, or a broken link, please email us at kommunikation@bazl.admin.ch.
