Foreign ownership
To register a foreign owner in accordance with Article 3 para. 2 of the Aviation Ordinance (AviO; SR 748.01), the Swiss commercial aviation company (aircraft holder) must submit the form “application for a foreign ownership”.
Among other things, a «Certificate of incorporation» and if applicable a «power of attorney» are also required from the foreign owner in order to be entered in the register.
