Health – « We are fit – how about you? »

In order to carry out activities in aviation in a safe way, mental as well as physical fitness are basic requirements. Someone who feels mentally and physically fit commits fewer errors and is able to master extraordinary situations. A good physical and mental condition is important for pilots as well as for air-traffic controllers, maintenance personnel and any person performing safety-relevant activities. Prior to any assignment, everyone should ask themselves whether they are capable of safely accomplishing their tasks.
