Joint ownership and joint holdership
In the case of joint ownership and/or joint holdership, all co-owners or co-holders must be declared and a responsible owner or holder must be designated.
The responsible owner and/or holder should be listed on the main form (application for registration, application for a modification).
The consent (i.e. signature) of all owners is required to amend a registration and to deregister an aircraft.
