Regulated Agent
Regulated agents are companies such as providers of forwarding and transport services. In accordance with the relevant legal provisions, they carry out security checks of air cargo, as well as express and mail consignments for aviation companies.
Regulated agents are responsible for ensuring that the goods contained in a consignment correspond to the description provided by the consignor, and that consignments do not contain any prohibited or dangerous objects.
