Note 1:
FOCA joined EASA on 01 December 2006. FOCA validated Supplemental Type Certificates (STCs) with an Approved Model List (AML STCs) are therefore only applicable for Non-EASA products. EASA products are excluded, except the validation took place before 01 December 2006. In such cases grandfather rules apply.
Note 2:
FOCA validated Supplemental Type Certificates (STC) may have additional limitations and/or conditions that differ from the original STC. Such limitations and conditions are published on the FOCA acceptance letter for the original STC. Please contact FOCA Type Certification for information on limitations or conditions applicable to certificates validated and accepted by FOCA.
