dLIS: digitalisation of licence applications and examinations
dLIS is the digital platform of the Federal Office of Civil Aviation FOCA for licence applications and examinations.

dLIS currently consists of two modules:
- Drones (UAS) unmanned aviation: You can register as a drone operator. You can also apply for, view and manage your remote pilot certificates in the A1/A3, A2 and STS categories digitally.
- Flight crew (FCL) manned aviation, with the licences for aeroplane, helicopter, sailplane and balloon: For pilots, flight schools and examiners in the areas of aeroplane, helicopter, sailplane and balloon. Via dLIS you can apply for licences and register for theory exams as well as selected practical exams. The range of practical exams available digitally is being continuously expanded.
