The Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association (AOPA) has prepared an educational presentation for the extension of the TMA at Basel-Mulhouse airport. Titled, "Basilea I" the presentation explains the new TMA situation and provides tips and instructions to VFR pilots. The AIP remains, however, the legal basis for flight planning and operational procedures.
