Switzerland has produced an Action Plan to reduce Swiss aviation’s CO2 emissions as part of a global ICAO initiative. The plan sets out the contributions that Swiss aviation intends to make to achieve the global ICAO climate protection goals: an annual 2% improvement in fuel efficiency through 2050 and carbon-neutral growth of international civil aviation from 2020.
