Markings: My drone must bear a CE marking, the C0 class identification label is optional.
Registration: If I fly a drone equipped with a camera or a sensor with which personal data can be recorded, I must register as the operator of the drone on the Swiss online drone platform dLIS and label the drone with the UAS operator number.
Safety distance:
- I may fly over uninvolved persons, but should avoid doing so whenever possible.
- Flying over assemblies of people is prohibited.
