The air carrier has to offer the air passenger the following:

Denied Boarding against will
Cancellation
Delay
Downgrading
- Meals and refreshments in reasonable relation to the waiting time
- 2 telephone calls, telex/fax messages or e-mails
- Hotel overnight (if necessary)
- Transport to place of overnight accommodation
- Depending on flight distance and time of alternative transport Euro 125 up to Euro 600.
And choice between:
- No continuation of the journey and ticket (partly-) reimbursement
- Re-routing as soon as possible
- Re-routing at a later point of time
- Meals and refreshments in reasonable relation to the waiting time
- 2 telephone calls, telex/fax messages or e-mails
- Hotel overnight (if necessary)
- Transport to place of overnight accommodation
- Depending on the reason, the time of the cancellation, the flight distance and time of alternative transport Euro 0 up to Euro 600
And choice between:
- No continuation of the journey and ticket (partly-) reimbursement
- Re-routing as soon as possible
- Re-routing at a later point of time
- Depending on the flight distance after 2, 3 or 4 hours:
- Meals and refreshments in reasonable relation to the waiting time
- 2 telephone calls, telex/fax messages or e-mails Hotel overnight (if necessary)
- Transport to place of overnight accommodation
After 5 hours:
- No continuation of the journey and ticket (partly-) reimbursement
Depending on the flight distance between 30 and 75% ticket reimbursement.
You might be entitled to further claims under civil law.
