Association

If an association is the owner and/or holder of an aircraft, the form «Anhang Verein» (only available in German, French and Italian) as well as the articles of association and a list of their members must be sent to the Swiss Aircraft Registry. If the articles of association are amended, these should also be sent to the Aircraft Registry for filing. If there is a change in the committee of the association, a new form «Anhang Verein» must be submitted.

For an association to be entered in the Swiss Aircraft Register, two thirds of the association members and the association committee must be Swiss citizens or residents in Switzerland (B or C residence permit). The chairperson must be a Swiss citizen or resident of Switzerland (B or C residence permit).
